Obituary for Roger Dale Comer
Roger Dale Comer, 63, of Oak Hill, WV passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at home. Roger was born on December 28, 1958, in Montgomery, WV to the late Dale W. and Opal W. Comer.
Roger enjoyed hunting, camping, and woodworking. In his earlier years, he was a volunteer firefighter for the town of Gauley Bridge.
In addition to his parents Roger is preceded in death by his brother Denver.
Those left to cherish his memory include wife, Shelia Green, stepdaughter, Holly (John) Williamson of Mt. Hope, WV, sons Glen Vass of Oak Hill, WV, and Dale Pack of Indianapolis, IN, granddaughter Rachael Williamson, sister Sue of Florida, brothers, Charles Comer, Glen Whittington of Prudence, Frank of Oak Hill, WV, and many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for assistance for Roger’s cremation costs to be made to High Lawn Funeral Home by calling the funeral home at (304)469-3283, or in person or by mail 1435 E. Main St. Oak Hill, WV 25901.
