Obituary for Robert Lee "Bobby" Schoolcraft
Robert Lee “Bobby” Schoolcraft, 56 of Minden, WV passed away, Monday January 31, 2022 at CAMC General Hospital. Bobby was born August 29, 1965 in Oak Hill, WV to Nancy J. Hayes.
He was raised in Minden and spent his whole life there. Bobby was a kind- hearted man who would do anything he could for anyone.
Bobby enjoyed listening to music as he walked everywhere he went and loved hanging out with his family and friends, playing horseshoes and Spades.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy J. Hayes Lawrentz and his brother David Eugene Lawrentz.
Those left to cherish his memory include his sisters, Debra Brellahan and husband Ned of Mt. Hope, Cathy Schoolcraft of Minden and Vella Barefoot of NC; nieces and nephews Victoria Didawich, Mike Schoolcraft, Jason Cox, John Cox, Megan Lawrentz, Joseph Creech and Kayla Barefoot, several great-nieces and great-nephews, two uncles Stan and Mike Hayes as well as a host of cousins.
In keeping with the family’s wishes Bobby has been cremated.
