Riley Edward Worlledge, 89, of Ormond Beach, Florida (formerly of Oak Hill WV) passed away, Monday, October 18, 2021 in Palm Coast, Florida.
Riley was born on May 5, 1932 in Nalen, WV to Willie and Tressie Worlledge.

Riley was born on May 5, 1932 in Nalen, WV to Willie and Tressie Worlledge.

Riley was a coal miner, cook and general handy guy to have around. He was a private in the Army serving in the Korean War.

He attended Oak Hill United Methodist Church. Riley was well known for his cooking skills. He also enjoyed woodworking and gardening.
Riley was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Elizabeth Ann Maynus Worlledge, his parents Willie and Tressie Worlledge, siblings Ariel Worlledge, Dorma (Worlledge) Carter, June (Worlledge) Davis, and Gaythel (Worlledge) Harrah, and other special relatives.

Those left to cherish his memory include his brother, Gale Worlledge, of Lachgelly, WV, and sister Janice (Worlledge) Morgan, of Norfolk, VA. His children Mary Ann Worlledge Jackson, of Ormond Beach, Florida; Donna Gale Worlledge Tiller, and her husband, David Tiller, of Shacklefords, Virginia; Michael Edward Worlledge, and his wife Beverly Worlledge, of Deland, Florida. His grandchildren, Shannon Jackson, and her partner Joseph Reese, of Ormond Beach, Florida; William Jackson, Ormond Beach, Florida; Erika Worlledge, and her partner John Henderson, Bristol, Tennessee; and Morgan Worlledge, Deland, Florida; and his great-grandchildren Rilea Jackson, and Jackson Robbins, Ormond Beach, Florida have many memories of Riley’s love and devotion to his family.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.
