Paul Eugene Arthur II, 42, of Scarbro passed away, Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Plateau Medical Center. Paul was born on March 14, 1979 in Beckley to Paul and Cheryl Fisher Arthur. Paul was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing. He is preceded in death by his stepfather Randy Potts; grandparents Dave (Georgia) Fisher, Herman (Margie) Arthur; grandmother Molly Bogle; uncles Dave W. Fisher and Herman Lee Arthur. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother Cheryl Bogle and stepfather Gary Bogle; father Paul Arthur; brother Bryan (Tosha) Arthur; sister Tracie Arthur; stepbrother Danielle Bogle; two special nieces Georgia Arthur and Madison Nady and one nephew. In following with Paul’s wishes he has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
