Mary Louverne Cross-Perry-Garten, 55 of Oak Hill, WV went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 4, 2021, at her residence. Mary was born September 9, 1965, in Weston, WV to Zelma E. and John O. Cross. Mary was a stay-at-home mother from the age of 17. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Arles Cross. Those left to cherish her memory include husband James Garten of Gatewood, ex-husband Jessie Perry of Oak Hill, children Rhonda Cross, John Perry, Joseph Perry, James Perry “Kelly Morton” of Oak Hill, Charles Perry “Brittany Perry” of Whitesville; grandchildren Ashleigh Fisher, Amie Perry, Regan Perry, Lillyan Perry, Jordan Perry and William Perry all of Oak Hill, brother Chares Cross of North Carolina, brother John Cross of Weston, WV, brother Robert Cross of Ohio, sister Sheila Romel of Weston, WV along with several step children, step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
