Obituary for Martha Jane Billups (Skaggs)
Martha Jane Billups, 66, passed away Saturday September 25, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. She was born August 19, 1955 in Graydon, WV to Randolph and Daisy Skaggs.
Martha was a member of the First Brethren Church of Oak Hill and loved watching the birds and enjoying the many flowers in her yard.
She was preceded in death by her parents Randolph and Daisy Skaggs, mother-in-law Elizabeth Billups and son-in-law Shanon Dixon.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Larry Billups, daughters April Grimmett (Timmy), Alicia Billups Dixon, Neveah (Katie) Billups, son Justin Billups; granddaughters Kaitlin Grimmett, Kimberly Grimmett, Harper Faith Price; grandson Alex Goodenow; sister Patty Naylor, brother Mike Skaggs,and good friends Pat and Bo LaRocco, Faye Holliday, and Kaye Ballard. Martha is also survived by many other family and friends.
There will be no services at this time however, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations in her honor may be sent to the First Brethren Church of Oak Hill, P.O. Box 82 Oak Hill, WV 25901.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Southern WV and all the kind nurses.
