Obituary for Margaret Louise Walker
Margaret Louise Walker, 66 of Midway, WV in Raleigh County passed away on January 20, 2021 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV after a long battle with cancer. She was born April 20, 1954 in Oak Hill to Boyd Minnix Sr. and Phyllis June Mullins Minnix.
She was preceded in death by her father Boyd Minnix Sr., brother Boyd Minnix Jr. and grandson Braylen Coalson.
Memories of Margaret will be cherished by her mother, Phyllis Minnix, son, Jesse Walker and wife DeAnna, daughters Latisha Walker and Mahalia Grabens, sister Kay Sampson and husband Joe, grandchildren Caleb Tye, Magen Smith, Hunter Smith, Christian and Devan Walker, Clyde Crew, Junior Garbens, Ripley Walker and Zyn’darius Saunders (aka Charlie Brown.)
Services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, January 22, 2021 in the chapel of High Lawn Funeral Home in Oak Hill.
Visitation will be from 1:00 until time of service. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.
In keeping with Covid-19 restrictions masks must be worn at all times, social distancing should be observed and maximum capacity in the chapel is 25 people at any one time.
