Obituary for Louise Marie Johnston
Louise Marie Johnston, 87, of Page West Virginia, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, September 10, 2022. Louise was born on December 19, 1934 in Bickmore West Virginia, daughter of the late John Oval Neal and Veda Vera (Brown) Neal.
In addition to being a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Louise also loved studying the Bible, crocheting, singing hymns, and spending time on her porch swing. Throughout her life she held unwavering faith in God, which she shared with all those who surrounded her.
In addition to her parents, Louise is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Shelbren Lee Johnston, son Shelbren Wesley Johnston, and a daughter Rebecca Ann Stowers, all of Page West Virginia.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son Jeffrey (Rachel) Johnston, grandchildren Sara Stowers, Randy (Julia) Stowers, Hope (Steven) Smith, Jacob Johnston, and great-grandchildren Adelaide Sheppard, Hunter Smith, Connor and Emelia Stowers.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00PM on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bill Gillman officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.
The family would also like to express their heartfelt appreciation to the staff at the Hidden Valley Center.
