Obituary for Linda Susan Yarber
Linda Susan Yarber, 72, of Oak Hill, WV, passed away on November 30, 2022 at Bowers Hospice House. Linda was born on May 22, 1950 in Oak Hill to the late Robert S. Yarber and Phyllis G. O’Neal Yarber.
Linda loved to do various arts and crafts as well as cooking and babysitting all her nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her son Aaron E. Yarber, brothers Donald Yarber, Robert Thomas, William P. Yarber and an unnamed stillborn baby.
Those left to cherish her memory include her significant other of 33 years Eddie Nowlin, daughter Hollie (Aaron) Phillips, sisters Shirley (Jack) Jones, Phyllis Jean Arbogast and Barbara (Farren) Goodson, brothers Wheeler (Cindy) Yarber, Wayne Yarber and Vincent Yarber, granddaughters Jessica Goodson, Hailey Phillips and Abagail Phillips, grandsons Andrew Phillips and Caleb Phillips, many nieces, and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at the Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Dan Cupp and officiating. A meal will be provided by the church following the service for family and friends.
Friends may gather with the family 12:00pm - 1:00pm on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at the Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene.
In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made to Bowers Hospice House at 454 Cranberry Dr., Beckley, WV 25801.
