Obituary

Linda Diane Neff, 52 of Mt. Lookout, WV passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, June 6, 2021, at her residence. Linda was born on April 19, 1969, in Maryland to James C. Garrett and Beverly Jean Garrett (King). She was a medical caretaker at Hidden Valley Nursing Home, Fayette Continuous Care and several other nursing facilities. She was employed as a CNA at several local rehabilitation centers for over 20 years. Linda loved the people she worked with as well as the residents and patients she cared for. Linda was a 1988 graduate of Mount Hope High School, had a heart of gold and adored her family. Her greatest joy was time spent with her loved ones. She attended Mid-State Church of God and New Beginnings Worship Center. Linda will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She cherished her fur baby “Daisy”. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Robert D. Manning, half-brother Ronnie King, and step grandson Leroy Neff.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband James Hoy Neff, four stepchildren Joshua Neff (Jessica), Bailey Neff (Casey), Kayson Neff, Angelica Neff; seven step grandchildren, stepmother Dimmie Warden, brother Carl Garrett (Cyndi), half brother John King, stepsister Joyce Bragg (Pete), niece Amber Dolog (John), nephew Levi Durham (Joyce) great niece Aaliyah Durham and many brother and sisters-in-law, cousins and extended family. Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Sunday June 13th in the chapel of High Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Rodney England of Mid-State Church of God officiating.
Friends may call from 12:00 Noon until time of service at High Lawn.

R.I.P. You were so kind, sweet and loving person. You were a good friend to my Mama and us as well. I'm so grateful I was able to work with you and get to know you better. I will remember the fun times working eve and night shift with you at Mary's Garden. Fly high❤ Love, Cherish
