Obituary for Linda Carol Burns (Smith)
Linda Carol Burns, 47 of Gatewood, passed away Wednesday, Decemer 25, 2019 at her home following a short illness.
Born November 10, 1972 in Fayetteville, WV she was the daughter of Donald Ray and Wanda C. Elmore Smith of Prudence, WV.
Besides her parents, survivors include her husband, Robert Jennings Burns, Jr.; a daughter, Jessica M. Burns at home; four brothers, Donald Ray Smith, Jr. and Michael Lee Smith bother of Prudence, WV, James Edward Smith of Glen White, WV and Ricky Lee Samples of Midway, WV; a special friend Cindy Blevins of Oak Hill.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 30, 2019 at High Lawn Funeral Home chapel, Oak Hill with Pastor Bill Gillman officiating. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill.
Friends may call from 12:00 Noon until service time Monday at the funeral home.
