Joseph “Joe” Rose, 59, of Oak Hill entered in the gates of Heaven on August 26th, 2020.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents Stanley Rose and Carol Rose Dixon.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Susan Gregory Rose and her daughter Brittnee Horrocks of Oak Hill, WV, god granddaughter Za’Rya Humphrey, brothers Mike Rose of Glen Jean, WV and Jeff (Kim) Rose of Jacksonville, NC, sister Sheri (Tim) Huffman of Oak Hill, WV, two daughters Nena Hall and Bobbi Jo Rose and their mother Toni Rose of Canton, OH, three grandchildren Katelynn, Nicole, and Michael, his stepmother Goldie Rose of Beckley, WV, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Joe was a 10 year Veteran with the United States Army, a SGT. with the 101st Airborne Division “Screaming Eagles”. He was proud and honored to serve his country.
Joe loved his family and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and laughter. He was loved by so many.
He will sadly be missed but our memories of him will remain in our hearts. We rejoice in knowing he is with loved ones and has eternal peace. The family will hold a memorial service in Joes honor at a later date with family and friends.
