Obituary for Helen Ann Johnston
Helen Ann Johnston, 76, of Philippi, WV, passed away, on February 25, 2023.
Helen was born on December 10, 1946, to William Johnston and Freda Johnston.
Helen was a nurse and at retirement, she was an accountant at Mount Olive Prison.
In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by her siblings Carolyn Murphy, Ralph Johnston, and Robert Johnston, her son, John Leonard Jr., and her grandson, Robert Yonts Jr.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children Robert Yonts, Sr, and Melissa Simons, her siblings Drema Schieck, Ray Johnston, Herb Johnston, Hester Bradley, and Mary Oiler, and her grandchild, Michael Hypes.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on March 18, 2023, at Alta Church of God in Fayette County.
