Obituary for Frank Dewey Foster
Frank Dewey Foster, 88, of Oak Hill, WV, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Raleigh General Hospital. Frank was born on February 21, 1934, to Robert and Mary Ruth Foster.
Frank was a retired coal miner. He enjoyed playing cards with his friends and loved spending time with his large family, fishing, hunting, and camping.
In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his loving wife Bonnie Jean Foster; beloved daughter Tammy Lynn Foster and three grandsons.
Those left to cherish his memory include his four beloved daughters Judy Comer, Wanda Duncan, Lisa Elam, and Rita Robertson; one beloved son Frank (Peanut) Dewey Foster Jr.; twelve beloved grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on July 14, 2022, at High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Sam Calloway officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.
Friends may gather with the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
