Elaine Sue Duncan, 71, of Oak Hill, WV passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Home. Elaine was born on September 1, 1950, in Beckley, WV to Orase and Myrtle Pack.
Elaine was a retired WV Turnpike Foreman. She enjoyed traveling, bingo and bowling.
In addition to her parents Elaine is preceded in death by her son Roger Allen and sister Shirley Treadway.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Freddie Duncan; son Michael Allen; daughter Debbie Ward (Jesse); grandchildren Jacey Allen, Erin Allen, Logan Allen, Rachel Allen, Taylor Ward, Kaylea Allen, Brandon Allen and Brianne Allen; great-grandchild Delilah Elaine Smith; brothers Dallas Pack (Teresa), Robert Pack, Patrick Pack and Jerry Pack.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, December 5, 2021, at High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bill Gillman officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.
Friends and family may call on the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jesse Ward, Logan Allen, Michael Allen, Robbie McClure and Dallas Pack.
