Obituary for Doris Jean Settle
Doris Jean Riddell Settle, 86, of Fayetteville, WV, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at home. Doris was born on May 14, 1936, in Marion, IN, to the late Kenneth and Flora Richards.
Doris loved gardening, baking, and spending time with her loved ones.
In addition to her parents, Doris is preceded in death by her two sons Randy Riddell and Donald Riddell Jr, two daughters Cinda Riddell and Tammy Riddell, her brother Ralph Richards and sister Wilma Holman.
Those left to cherish her memory include her three daughters Donna Kent, Tia Dawn Settle, and Tonya Scarbro; three sons Bruce Riddell, Travis Settle, and Anthony “TC” Settle; Autumn Wilder, Amber Rainey, Alivia Settle, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill with Pastor Bill Gillman officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Wilder family at 41 Lake Rd, Daniels, WV 25832.
High Lawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.
