Delcie Colleen Comer, 83, of Oak Hill, WV, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at Plateau Medical Center. Delcie was born on January 1, 1938 in Charleston to Russell and Delcie Cobb.
In addition to her parents Delcie is preceded in death by her daughter Teresa Bartley; brother Daniel Cobb; sisters Wanda Brown and Loretta Legg.
Those left to cherish her memory include her three daughters Patty (Mike) Kincaid, Charlene (Tom) Taylor and Debbie (Randy) McCallister; eight grandchildren Beth Canterbury, Michael Kincaid, Ashley Hall, Katrina Kappen, Joshua Kincaid, Jessica Hall, Eric Stewart and Brittiany Hall and 15 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mike Kincaid Sr., Mike Kincaid Jr., Joshua Kincaid, Randy McCallister, Tom Taylor and Troy Kappen.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, December 10, 2021 at High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bill Gillman officiating. Burial will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park.
