Obituary for Dale Lee Crookshanks
Dale Lee Crookshanks, 74, of Beckley, WV, passed away on September 15, 2022 at Bowers Hospice House after fighting a long illness. He was born at Long Branch to the late Walter and Nannie Crookshanks and lived most of his life in Beckley.
Dale was in the United States Army for approximately 13 years. He was an avid lover of riding motorcycles and hunting.
In addition to his parents, Dale is preceded in death by his sister Sherie Martin and his grandson Marcus Folks.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Shari Crookshanks; daughters Stephanie Crookshanks-Bowman and Danise Boggs; sister Kathy Crookshanks; brother Carl Crookshanks; many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family would like to express a deep gratitude to all the staff of Bowers Hospice of Southern WV.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lewis Sanson officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
High Lawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.
