Cathy Denise Goodwin, 60 of Oak Hill, WV passed away, Thursday June 3, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, WV. Cathy was born on April 9, 1961 in Oklahoma City, OK to Joyce Smith and JoAnn Smith Barnhart. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband James Goodwin Sr. sister Angie, and grandchildren Amber and Amanda. Those left to cherish her memory include children Tanya Shilts and boyfriend, Johnny, James Goodwin Jr. and girlfriend Erin, Crystal Arp and boyfriend, Betty Webb and husband Conway, and Johnny Goodwin; grandchildren Brandon Jett, Kordel Goodwin, Michael Webb, Angel Miller, Breyanna Miller, Kaitlyn Webb, Jacob Webb, Tristyn Kendrick plus 10 other grandchildren and one great grandchild. In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
