Carol Jean Surface, 76 of Garten, WV, passed away, August 24,2022, at Raleigh General Hospital.
Carol was born June 27,1946 in Garten, WV, to James and Gladys Settle.
Carol was a retired caregiver and worked at the Fayette Senior Program for several years.
She was preceded in death by parents James and Gladys Settle.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Amie McCarthy, and husband Brian. Son, Chad
Surface, and four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Bowers Hospice House of Southern West Virginia.
