Obituary for Billy Ray Harvey
Billy Ray Harvey, 67, of Oak Hill, WV, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Raleigh General Hospital. Billy was born on May 20, 1955 in Columbus, OH, to the late Hazel and Yvonna Harvey.
Billy enjoyed organizing and watching tv. He loved his family and country music.
In addition to his parents, Billy is preceded in death by his sisters Carol Jennings and Arlena Webb.
Those left for cherish his memory include Michael Jennings (Nancy), Virginia Gray, Wayne Jennings, Cathy Comer, Gerald Jennings, Jessica, Peggy Arthur, Conway Webb (Betty), stepfather Russel Backus, great nieces and nephews Shawn Jennings, Mary Damron, Christian Jennings and Hosanna Jennings
