Beverley “Randy” Randolph Propps,76, of Oak Hill passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at home. Randy was born on January 7, 1946 in Berry Mountain, WV, to the late Ira Earl Propps and Almeda Katherine Scott Propps. Randy was a veteran of the Untied States Army Europe. He retired from the coal industry where he worked as a security guard for many years. Randy attended Hilltop Family Worship Center.
In addition to his parents, Randy is preceded in death by his wife Sylvia Propps; daughter Tara Dawn Propps; brothers Ira James Propps and Charles Propps.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter Sandra Lynn Propps and her husband James A. Neal; four grandchildren Mary Neal, John Neal, Levi Neal and Michael Neal; sister Barbara Griffith; brother John Propps; serval nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00PM on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the Hilltop Family Worship Center with Pastor Terry Damron officiating.
Friends may call on the family from 4:30PM to 5:00PM at church.
