Obituary for Benjamin Franklin Blethen
Benjamin Franklin Blethen, 57, of Lansing, WV passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Bowers Hospice House after a short illness. Benny was born January 17, 1964 in Oak Hill, WV to the late Paul and Josephine Blethen.
Benny was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. He worked at many different jobs in his lifetime including Wal-Mart, many restaurants and more recently ACE Adventures.
Those left to cherish his memory are brothers David (Mary Lou) Blethen of Oak Hill; Walter (Nina) of Dagsboro, DE, Paul of Pelion, SC, Michael of Pelion, SC, Kenneth of Lansing, WV, Donald (Sharon) of North Wilkesboro, NC and a sister Mary Snyder of Walton, KY.
In keeping with Benny’s wishes he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
